Major upgrade works across 426 apartments at the residential tower, Zen.

ABLE updated the communal corridors over 43 levels. This comprised new flooring and carpets, trims and finishes which required access to every apartment within the building, a fresh coat of paint to all walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout lobbies, installation of new feature wallcovering, new lift buttons and electrical work. A detailed defects process also ensured that ABLE met all requirements and delivered an outcome that exceeded expectations.
