Middle Park Apartment. ABLE transformed this apartment into a sleek modern entertainer’s dream.

This project involved the removal of internal brick walls to create an expansive open-plan living area. To achieve this, the team skilfully propped the apartment above, installing robust steel structures to ensure structural integrity before commencing renovation works. The finished result is an open-plan living space with brand-new kitchen, custom joinery for the wardrobes, an upgraded bathroom, fresh coat of paint, and new flooring.
